These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Key to the City (“KTTC”) website, chat widget, forms, scheduling tools, and related communications. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational purpose
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, tax, lending, investment, appraisal, or other professional advice. Market information, property values, availability, financing, timelines, costs, and program eligibility may change and are not guaranteed.
Real estate services
Real estate brokerage services are provided only by appropriately licensed professionals through their affiliated brokerages and only where authorized. Contacting KTTC, using the website, or communicating with the KTTC Concierge does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, attorney-client, lender, financial-adviser, or other professional relationship.
Appointments and automated tools
Appointment requests are not confirmed until the scheduling system or a team member provides confirmation. Automated and artificial-intelligence tools may assist with general questions, qualification, scheduling, and routing. They do not replace the judgment of a licensed professional, and their responses should be independently confirmed before you rely on them for a transaction decision.
Text-message terms
Key to the City’s real estate messaging program offers informational and promotional messages through separate, optional consent choices. When you affirmatively opt in to informational messages, you agree to receive customer-care texts regarding your real estate inquiry, appointments, property interests, and requested services. Only if you separately opt in to promotional messages may we send real estate service announcements, open-house invitations, and promotional updates. Neither consent choice is preselected or required to submit an inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For support, contact concierge@keytothecity.co or (281) 612-7473. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and will notify us if that number changes. Opting out of texts does not prevent non-SMS communications otherwise permitted by law or requested by you.

Email communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the link provided in an email. Transactional or service-related messages may still be sent when appropriate.
Acceptable use

The site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. KTTC does not control and is not responsible for their availability, content, terms, privacy practices, or performance.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTTC and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
